My hubby really loves nature and gifted with 'green fingers', we have our own Secret Garden at our backyard. Whenever he's free, my hubby will spend his time in his 'Secret Garden'....
With the touch of his 'green fingers' & cares, we have our home grown Black Mulberry Tree (Morus Fruit).
Black mulberry fruits are large and juicy, with a good balance of sweetness and tartness that makes them the best flavored species of mulberry.
The ripe fruits of the black mulberry contain about 9% sugar with malic and citric acid. The berries can be eaten out of hand or used in any way that other berries are used, such as in pies, tarts, puddings or sweetened and pureed as a sauce.

Miracle Tree of Life - Moringa OleiferaIn Malaysia this tree is known as Kelor.
Indians call this tree as Marunggai.
Research had shown that an ounce of Moringa leaves contain:
- seven times the Vitamin C found in oranges
- four times the Vitamin A found in carrots,
- four times the calcium found in milk,
- three times the potassium found in bananas
- two times the protein found in yogurt.
For this reason, it has put Moringa as the most nutritious vegetable plant around and has been used as fortificant in noodles, bread, biscuits, delicacies, burgers, hotdogs, porridge and as tea due to its richness in vitamins and minerals.
